Anybody bought these newly launched AVITA Liber Laptops...

Its a new company with some convincing specs but they decided to go with 7th Gen i5 & N4200 Pentiums with DDR3 RAM for India.

https://www.avita-india.com/in/product/liber/spec

Rest is quite impressive...

All Aluminum Chasis
14" IPS FULL HD
256GB SSD
1.49KG
Fanless
2x USB 3.0 Type A
1x USB 3.1 Gen 2 (Display out & Charging) Type -C
1x HDMI
1x Headphone/Mic combo
Bluetooth v4.0
WiFi 802.11 B/G/N/AC
Windows 10 Home

3 Year Warranty (Introductory for 3 months then 18 Months)

* 4GB DDR3 Non up-gradable RAM

@Rs 27990/-

I am not sure if N4200 is the right processor here since N5000 Silver is almost 50% faster closing in on i3 6th Gen level performance... 4GB DDR3 is also limiting if Win 10 is installed. No option to upgrade.

Those are i5 7th Gen (7Y54)... I don't think people would go for them & instead would prefer ASUS, Acer, HP or Dell at this price point....

Its a bad choice by AVITA to start with an older gen CPU at such high prices..... DDR3 in 2019 is also a drawback....

Entry level N4200 is their cheapest offering but even there I think its a wrong choice.... They should have launched in India with 8th Gen cpu's

Dead on arrival product. Whats the point of a SSD if you have just 4gb ram to begin with with an outdated processor.

Even the specs are crap. Lenovo also offering 8th Gen CPu , Full HD screen and 256 gb SSD at 35k.
