Battery For Samsung Galaxy s2

Hi Friends,

Need some quick advice, one of my friend wants an option of stand by battery along with original battery received with phone for his Galaxy s2 , But he is apprehensive towards the battery's sold in retail or popular online stores like infibeam, flipkart etc under "original Samsung" tag

Now his query is whether these batteries are Genuine OEM battery's and how is there backup compared to the stock battery.. can these be trusted or should he source popular batteries for S2 like Anker, Samsung Extended Battery (2000 Mah) but these have to be imported and would cost more.

His plan is to buy a Geniune Samsung 1650 Mah battery along with an external charger (listed below), Also whether the external charger would be able to charge the battery properly.

Your friend can purchase the original samsung battery and other accesories for samsung phones from Samsung India's own website through their newly launched e-store.

Google samsung India, visit site. There's a accesory store there now with good prices n warranty stuff

Ok.. Went ahead with the infibeam deal for samsung battery.. Glad Working as good as the one received with phone..
