You need to buy BF3 for Rs.750/- from origin, I guess last date is 14/06 for this offer. Premium is just like an addon for Rs.1550/- (has all DLC's included), so the total will be 750+1550=2300/-.

I loved CQ, but right now not getting good score due to my mouse, wanted some answers from the pro Heli drivers namely DigitalDude and chiragsthakur
I have recently started flying heli in empty servers, have learned it very well by blowing up some containers, but its very different in live game
My question is, when someone locks onto me it sounds an alarm and when beeping sound appears you have to deploy flares, but after I deploy flares for first time and again someone locks onto me, I deploy flares but then also it hits me? Logic?
Currently these are the things I am facing as trouble while flying, in decreasing order
1-AA, these things are fking overpowered
2-Locking idiots including stinger, jets heat seekers, javelin etc
3-Other air vehicles
But my main concern is the AA, and at what percentage of health of vehicle does the heli becomes disabled or un-flyable?
at present there is only one thing overpowered against helis - its the jet's main canon.
* heli is useful only if it has a pilot and a gunner. and it is deadly if pilot and gunner communicate with each other. always wait for a gunner to spawn in for some time before taking off. if no one spawns its ok but make sure you are in a squad so a squad member can spawn in later.
* flares have a cooldown time. once deployed it will take 11 seconds to reload. always tell your gunner that you will flare for the first missile beep and he shud flare for the second if immediately locked again. well if your gunner doesnot have flares (I assume this unless he responds in chat) or a total noob then tough luck you have to be totally defensive in flying. ideally after the first missile either the pilot or gunner can see the smoke trail of the missile and kill that guy. if the guy cannot be spotted or if it's an AA fly low and retreat (till 25 feet above ground you cannot be locked if you have unlocked 'below radar')
* Never ever go near an AA tank. it's strength is in its targets proximity. if you accidentally go near and it starts firing at you, always retreat, never engage at close distance. you have no chance unless the guy in the AA is scratching his b@lls. AA tanks armour has been reduced in the previous patch so it is now a bit easy to take it out at medium range. only engage an AA at medium range by your rockets or long range by your gunners TV missile or your guided rockets. always spot it and alert your jet pilots. if you dont have any half competent jet pilots in your team then dont bother, the enemy jet is going to take you down in a few seconds anyway
* I would say until you unlock all heli specialisations it's better to be the gunner than pilot, as without ECM you are a sitting duck for a javelin squad.
* heli gets disabled at 37 health. practicing to land the heli when disabled is very important. landing and repairing has saved me a gazillion times.
btw I used to run guided rockets before for taking out armour esp. the AA from long ranges but now I use the air radar perk after the jet cannon buff, at present it is very imp to know that a jet is strafing towards you.
apart from practicing, watching a lot of videos is necessary. let me recommend some:
and watch all ( if not all atleast some
) the videos in the series 'Get to The Chopper'. and all heli videos in LvLcap's channel. he and matimi0 are one of the best heli pilot-gunner pairs I have seen._

You can try. But I have tried with 4 different debit cards but couldn't succeed with either one.

either a server glitch or done to prevent ppl in US and UK buying from indian store through proxy. just get the base game. only after playing it for few days decide on getting premium. by that time the issue might get sorted out.
if you have VISA card then try. debit cards with mastercard/maestro/visa electron logo definitely dont work.
kb+mouse. controller is slow both for helis and jets.

Bought the bf3 base and b2k expansion, after a friend logged into his battlefield log and confirmed the 2.7k price.
Now after the purchase, I logged into battlelog and I see the premium version for 1.4k
Can I cancel my b2k expansion order and buy the premium pack?

afaik EA doesnt refund anything. anyway try EA live chat... tell them that you mistakenly purchased B2k instead of premium and ask for an equivalent coupon for the value of b2k that you can use to purchase premium.I made a mistake

During the purchase I called my friend to confirm the battlelog price of premium pack, he said 2.7K.
So I thought of skipping the Premium pack and went for BF3 + B2K expansion.
After a while I got the confirmation and I logged into Battlelog and was surprised to find the premium pack for 1499 again. I checked at origin again, there it says Rs2700.
After a long chat with EA support, they agreed for a refund, but first I have to order BF3 + Premium again, so that they'll cancel my first order.
What do you guys suggest :unsure:

Do you have their email confirming this? If yes then go ahead and do as they say, If not then first get a confirmation via mail that they will refund
