Best configuration for 35k

Hi all

One of my friends is going to buy new PC. So please suggest best PC configuration for 35K. Some hints from my side-

1.Need minimum 22" monitor.

2.Any processor will do.

Computer will be used for watching movies and playing games.

http://www.techenclave.com/pc-buyin...an-technology-community-pc-buying-160703.html. Go to this Thread there is a very good config for 35k if he want's a 22" monitor look at Samsung or Dell. I have a samsung its great for the price and the display is reall good, i would really suggest it.

P.s=Also can you get the requirements for this computer?
