Best dongle for New Delhi?

Hello,

While I wait to get my broadband service setup, I'd like to purchase a dongle. Preferably a Wi-Fi dongle. What's the best service and plan that I can get? I'll be using it mostly in the Vasant Kunj area of New Delhi.

  • who provides best signals in your area?
  • who doesn't fake data usage?
  • FUP?
  • what after FUP?
  • good customer support?

And in any case, never take a post-paid data card plan.
