I was searching in Google for any Indian programming forums and I landed up here. Anyways this thread is like 8 years old.

So any Indian dev/programming forums where Indians hangout?

Yeah you can find many indians there but it's not certainly an indian community. Besides there are several communities dedicated to a particular technology/language.
