Big Paypal Issue-says PAN card is already registered

did you ever made another account with the same PAN? Once you enter PAN in your paypal account, you cannot modify or delete it ever.

Yes I realised that I did while trying to pay for the Humble Indie Bundle with Paypal. I had to register an account then. But why is paypal not accepting my VISA Debit card when steam does?

AFAIK, Paypal accepts only credit cards.

Regarding pan number issue, I once faced the same issue and what I did is close that old account and I can use the pan card number for my new account.
