Thermal conductivity (W/mK): 8.5

that should be enough to conclude

nope. Prolimatech PK-1 claims to be 10.k W/mK

viscosity plays an important role as well, so that it can reach the tiny pores/gaps/ridges on the metal surface and make a thinnest layer possible when pressure is applied. Will have a detailed test this tuesday with my current TIMS. But as per reviews, its on avg 4~5c better than MX-2. There are very rare TIMS better than this (most are liquid metals and diamond/corundum compounds).
