BSNL increases pre FUP speed, starts at min 8 Mbps

For new connection you might not get same number. If number is not an issue its great.

Show it to them on your mobie, if there is an official listing. There are ways to complain online or manually through nodal officer.

On paper yes, but I think is good for users with regular/linear usage everyday. For someone, who watches/downloads stuff on a particular day(s) of week, its bad.

They are way behind ACT, Hathway etc...pricewise and datawise. With their infrastructure they could have been leaders but sadly it is another PSU gone down.
