PC Peripherals Budget 2014-15 Computer prices will decrease

According to the new budget the computer prices will be decreased as well as lcds <19 inch prices will also be decreased. I am planning to buy a gaming setup. Does any one knows when exactly the new prices will come in effect. Shall I wait.? . Also there is a point in new budget that imported electronic products will become more costly. As far as I know mostly all the computer parts are imported.

This is applicable for products that will be manufactured in India. Now you know what type of Quality Computer components are manufactured in india?

Yeah as far as I know I can only think of moserbaer dvds and cds are only made in India . Damn indian politics and budget .
