    • CPU - Core i5 4590 (already bought it as I was getting it for Rs 11700 on eBay while it's priced around 15k - 16k on other sites)
    • Motherboard - Gigabyte B85M-DS3H Motherboard - Rs 5999
      • Is this Motherboard a good choice?
    • RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (2 x 4GB) PC Desktop RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) 1600Mhz
      • Since I already have 1 4GB stick, I'm thinking of buying another 4GB stick subject to following concerns:
        1. Is this RAM compatible with the new build?
        2. Is it a good idea to use it along with another 4 GB stick of the same type (Rs 1875) or should I scrap it and buy a different RAM altogether?
        3. Even if it makes sense, the MoBo (Gigabyte B85M-DS3H Motherboard) doesn't mention this particular RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) in its Memory Support List on official site
    • PSU - Corsair VS550 Builder Series Power Supply for Gaming and Servers - Rs 3300
    • Cabinet - Circle Gaming Cabinet CC 821 without SMPS (with 3 LED FAN) - Rs 3044

    • May be an SSD somewhere down the line if that makes sense
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • Mumbai
    • Open to online purchase
  7. Would you consider buying a second-hand hardware from the TE market
    • Not sure. Would want to avoid, though.
  8. What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
    • Gaming

    • Coding - Multiple IDEs in parallel perhaps
    • Occasional Photoshop

    • Medium is also fine, if not high
    • Not an everyday gamer, just want to ensure I can run them all if I ever feel like.
  11. What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
    1. Gaming - 1900x1080
    2. Desktop - 1900x1080

Actually, I had originally planned for a Skylake i3 6100 build. But I came accross this seller on eBay who was selling an i5 4590 for 12900 and got another 1200 discount via ICICI card resulting in a price of Rs 11700. Hence, I opted for this.
But more often than not, things that are too good to be true aren't true. :p
The seller hasn't shipped the item yet. I doubt he's going to. If he doesn't, I'll go for a Skylake build for sure. :)

Thanks mate.
Will keep these things in mind.

Get a RX470 instead of a 960 at this point..

RX470 seems to be a bit too expensive for my budget. Cheapest I could find is Sapphire RX 470 4 GB DDR5 which is for Rs 18990 on eBay.
Or if I'm looking at the wrong card, please let me know.
Thanks by the way.

rx 470 4GB is for 17,010₹ on mdcomputers.in ..... but the prices in US has dropped to 30$ for it so it should drop to 15k here in india .... if you can wait , wait a bit for price to drop.

but if the price doesn't drop buy the gtx1060 3GB for 17k from primeabgb.com
