Nope only WD Black has 5 years warranty and they are pretty expensive. The blue and green have 3 years warranty only!

I had already suggested for ~18k. So you can either choose a true quad like the AthlonII X4 640 ~4.6k or go for a 785G mobo for ~3.5k or 4GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz ~ 1.95k

955BE obviously... But it's hard to include in your budget plus for your requirements x3 440 is more than enough...
