Thanks for the reply bssunilreddy
won't it work if i go for an i5 processor and a little bit lower graphic card. please advice.
Also how many Watts SMPS would be preferred for this setup, may add up a couple of extra fans.

Hey amarkoli. I am also a modeler and visualizer and primarily work on 3DS Max and sometimes Photoshop.
I use a Pentium G2020 which has a score of 2786 on cpubenchmark.net and no dedicated GPU with 8 gigs of Kingston Hyperx Fury. Telling you from my experience. I can render a interior scene in like 25 minutes approx in my config
Try a processor with at least 4000 score on cpubenchmark.
I bought this 8 gigs from paytm sale last in January in 2100 approx. Don't go for any hyper or vengeance or thunder. :p Get what you can afford. But don't buy any cheap brand. Kingston is fine. But try to get 8 gigs and if not posssible then 4 gigs along with a gpu is also fine. You can get 8 gigs used in under 2k
I don't browse much now so don't know which GPU is best for it but you can get a used one with warranty remaining on it to save some bucks here
People don't use optical drive much these days so if you can live without it, you can save some bucks here as well.
Also, go for at least 23" monitor as it's something you wont upgrade easily.

I would leave other stuff to you. PM me if you need to know something specific.

First of all you're going to need a processor with 4 threads for more efficiency. For reference we use a 3rd gen i5 in our photoshop class.
Different processors can be suggested according to your budget. Secondly if you like accurate color production you'll need a good monitor. But then again you can also get a standard monitor if you're not a professional. I also agree with scott regarding the optical drive but i dont think that a difference of 1k will hurt your pocket so much.
What i want to say is you may need to increase your budget. You're not building an average "gaming" pc, your's looks more like a workstation. Not trying to scare you but the choice is your's.
