Buying a Printer for office - need suggestions

Hi guys,

I am buying a new printer for my office...looking at the all in ones from HP, Canon n Samsung..

this one will replace the very old HP 840 C limited edition deskjet..

I dont want to spend a bomb on the printer since my daily usage will not be more then 10 pages - black...

max budget - 5 kz...

a friend of mine suggested me the new Canon Pixma 258..its around 3.5 kz...

wat say? ne suggestions?

if you are looking for just printer then get the new HP K109a series printer, it will save you more money in ink tanks, it has mega ink tank,will cost you the least TCO.I think its the least running cost inkjet in India.HP AIO model is K209.

For just black printing you can also opt for any lasers (below 5k)too.

I use the Canon PIXMA series (higher model) and i am happy with it. Print quality is excellent and it has some nifty features such as not having to switch on your PC to execute certain tasks such as cleaning and copying .
I would definitely recommend it .I myself bought it after a recommendation from a friend .
