Simply not worth it.
For the same 44k you can get the following 6th gen PC components.

Budget -44.3K

Intel Core i5 6500 -15000,
Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H -7000,
Corsair Vengeance 16GB(8GBx2) 2400Mhz DDR4 -7000,
WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3500,
Seasonic M12II 620w -7000,
Antec GX300 -4000,
Logitech MK200 -800.
Total -44,300.

Just think for the same price, you are getting brand new 6th gen RIG.

Corsair Vengeance has 10 years warranty & Seasonic M12II 620w has 5 years warranty which is also fully modular.
All other components have 3 years warranty except the KB/Mouse.
You need to add just a GPU & Monitor. Thats all...

For monitor you can go with LG 22MP68VQ-P 22" LED IPS(Freesync) Monitor @ 8.7k & for GPU you can go with Sapphire RX470 4GB Nitro+ @ 17k

Nowadays with the updated AMD ReLive Drivers and hardware support for Async Compute + Vulkan by AMD, such GPUs are thrashing nvidia GPU like GTX1060 3GB like anything in DirectX 12 games and almost equivalent in DirectX 11 games.

Nvidia does not support Async Compute & Vulkan natively. It supports them via its software only.

So in the long run AMD GPUs are best.

Yes, its not even remotely suggestable at all.
Going for a 4th Gen, 2 years old PC for 44k is like simply throwing away money without counting.

Go with my suggested config for the 6th gen RIG.

OP will get full 3 years warranty and in some components full 5/10 years warranty.

i7 67000k -22k

There is not any performance difference between the k series and non-k series skylake processors.
Intel i7 6700k is not needed. Just Intel i5 6600k or even i5 6500 is enough.
OP can even overclock Intel i5 6500 using any Z170 motherboards.

Dont recommend Crucial brand. There is the problem for RMA.
Corsair is best regarding quality & After market service.
Why do you suggest crap AIOs when there are better AIOs from Corsair.

Go with Cooler Master Hyper 212X at 3000.

TVS Bharat Keyboard is good but it does not have any backlit facility and not at all intended for gaming.
Go with Cooler Master Masterkeys Lite combo at 5600.
The above combo is a membrane keyboard but has the feel of a mechanical and backed by good warranty.

as far as i remember u can no longer overclock non k processors,

"how do you define a keyboard intended for gaming?"
gaming keyboards are a joke in india, throw them in the dustbin.
backlit is not worth paying 3500 extra, plus tvs board is using OEM cherry stuff,so switches and keycaps can be replaced/ upgraded if any features are required.

gaming mechanical keyboards from corsair, logitech etc are nothing more then Gimmicks, proprietary stuff and poor design , due to lack of brands like DAS and Mechanical cooler master boards, the tvs is the only option.

N key rollover and anti ghosting are the only thing you need for gaming,if OP wants gaming concentric keycaps or mx red switches, they can be swapped in later, also mx blues are not bad for gaming at all, just well...they make noise

on a 5.5k budget Anne Pro and Magicforce 68 are only backlit boards that actually offer something worth the price,we can be assured they are not manufactured for 500rs and sold for 11,000 with led lights like steelseries, available on banggod and aliexpress respectively
for india, the tvs keyboard is a steal since it offers Real cherry MX Blue switches

on a 3k budget a liquid cooler may be better then hyperx 212,hence suggesting deepcool.

I agree, why use a backlight? use a USB light (i use it at night) or if too much light is the problem then buy some colored paper and put it over your light to make it nice, dim and colorful disco type atmosphere for enjoying games :)

the one beef I have with TVS gold is the cheery mx blue switches. they drive me MAD. also, the length of cable is too short and it is ps/2 instead of usb. the height/size of the keyboard is also a minor problem for me, i have small hands and i get pain in my wrists if i dont take a break every few hours.

sadly my kb died after just 2 years, i plug it in and boot, the numpad/capslock lights DO work but they are extremely dim and keyboard does not send keys. very weird problem.

if tvs gold had red/black switches, usb connector and a longer cable, i would buy for even 3k rupees. extreme value for money if you can overlook these negatives. but for now im using a cheap ass membrane keyboard with a desi hack.

here's the hack :

i take a regular A4 paper sheet (the sort of stuff u take prints on) and cut it into strips about 1-2 cm wide (can be as long as u want, but i keep mine the length of 4-5 keys).

then i roll them up lengthwise (aka, u take long side and roll it so it rolls into a long pipe). the diameter can be as thin or as thick as you want. thicker = more force/less travel needed before activation and thinner = less force/more travel needed before activation. i keep mine about 3-5 mm thick depending on keys (spacebar and enter get thick rolls)

then i take out keys from a keyboard (remember the layout!!!) and insert these paper rolls between the keys length-wise and put back the keys again.

basically, you are "padding" the keys so they are not harsh to press.

i used to have crazy amounts of pain in my fingers before, ever since i did this, the pain disappeared. i suspect that the constant impacts and reactions from the shitty membranes (the keys pop back when you release and hit your finger, atleast according to my theory) were hurting my fingers.

by my hack, the keys travel up and down smoothly without jerking, so they are easier to type on.

i experimented with putting stuff inside the key "wells" too but the feedback from that was not as good and some keys got stuck after a few weeks of usage, so i abandoned that method.

in parting : choose a nice keyboard. backlight is not essential, comfort is. you can train yourself to touchtype but you cant train yourself to avoid ruining your fingers (you can be like a shaolin monk who have fingers as hard as wood, but you wont feel anything with them lol :D)
