Well I need a broadband connection with unlimited download for my office

so for which should I go for cable or adsl .

Budget not a problem.

If its for office use its best that you get ADSL. Far more reliable when compared to cable

In cable you have to deal with local cable maintenance guys which could be a big nuisance . Also during load shedding net will be down since u can't give power to their local switches . Go for ADSL , you control modem's power so you get better uptime .
