Can we use ICICI titanium master card to purchase stuffs online in US e.g. Newegg ?

My cousin is travelling to US right now on a business trip and I wanted to get some PC stuff from there. But instead of a credit card, his company gave him a prepaid Amex card which he can't use online. So can I buy those from here in India with my debit card which happens to be a Titanium Master Card and ship them to his hotel ?
 
no it wont work. u need something like a prepaid u.s card .. like entropay (dont know if this works for newegg anymore).. and their fees r insane, better for someone in the u.s to order it for u. or someone who has a U.S paypal id.. newegg is very strict.. all the info must match on the card. if its a little mistake. order wont go through and will be cancelled. better for u to try amazon.com or ebay - most debit cards now work on amazon. atleast the hdfc ones do
 
Okay, then I'll order from Amazon.com. I'd rather pay few dollars more over uncertainty. Thanks a lot guys :)
Edit : Found the GPU actually cheaper by $20 in Amazon :D
