2. After Construction (Obviously NO GST): Builder sells at higher prices, After getting Occupancy Certificate!
Now in the Case 1, Most of the builders are making the potential buyers believe that they're giving Tax input, Now that's seriously not the case,
All they're doing is making use of Pradhan mantri awas yojna (PMAY) scheme, Depending on loan amount.
Now, Whose getting that subsidy amount in accounts? Builder or Buyer?
