WTB Cheap android phone for Wifi tethering

I want to buy an android phone which support wifi tethering or usb tethering with 3G network and have atleast 14mbps modem.

This phone will be used as a modem so I dont care for rest of the specs


Price should be as low as possible (I dont care about warranty only thing that matter is that mobile works)

Hi! I have brand new Micromax AD3520 latest launch by company for sale. Reason for sale is this phone was bought for my relative who left this phone while boarding their international flight. Only mobile is left now. PM me your interest.

How much are you expecting for it?
 
I have bought it for Rs.3k locally 10 days back but now willing to sell it at Rs.2.5k + shipping.
PS: Kindly google Micromax AD3520, it is the latest KitKat offering by company with 1 year warranty.

Spice Mi 496. Does not have great battery - but good WiFi hotspot range, and AFAIK, specs do indicate it has HSPA+
