Camera cheapest price you saw for 600d?

Could you please tell the cheapest price you saw for canon 600d? Currently the lowest price I can see is Rs 29000/-. A friend told it was available for close to 24000/- at some point (there was an offer or something.) Is there any point in waiting. Otherwise I'd have to go with a d5100

~ 32.5k for body with dual lens kit combo
~ 27.5k for body with kit lens combo
These two were the best I come across. It was more than a year back around festival time using discount coupons and all.

When Canon launched 1200D, they pushed the price up and till now it stays higher than last year.

You would be the better person to judge that. Around that price band you have option(s) from Nikon. Compare the models and see for the features you want from them. If 600D is the only camera has them, then it's worth.
