Yea. Repairing or restoring something which is this much damaged is like building that thing from scatch. You have to replace almost every part. They create these videos for views.

It depends upon what you want to get restored or repaired. If something is kept in your house and maintained in original state then it can be repaired. And you can find people in mumbai which will do the job. But something which is total garbage can't be repaired.
