Does anyone here use cherrinet services? I believe they have a decent presence in Chennai. Any reviews on their service, reliability, downtime, customer support, etc.?

I'm planning to avail their services in pondicherry, for my parents. No other options other than these guys or airtel or bsnl.

Actually i started using Cherrinet for the past 2 weeks. I had no other option than this as i have some local internet provider with max of 8 Mbps. Now i am having 100 Mbps with no FUP 
.. The speed is good and there is no drop in network speed also. Also am getting a very good ping (1-2 ms).
Also today morning i raised one ticket. Within an hour i got a call from their customer care to fix the issue.
So, the intial impression is good.
