Hi

We have a CMS software installed in our residential complex for displaying the CCTV recordings

I shall be grateful if the members can tell me this is which software and whether its a free software or it has to be bought ?

Why dont you ask the building people what software it is. Mostly they have paid solutions

This is my building and I am in charge of this project. No one else in the building has any idea whatsoever about this system other then me.
This was installed by our CCTV vendor.
However, as his Warranty period is over, he is demanding very high rates for the AMC, which makes no sense for us
As such we are thinking of maintaining the system ourselves, and hence the post
