Computer empire doesn't have a comparable customer service compared to SMC.

Wrong! These guys have excellent service. Yes, they are always busy as hell.

Also, I have heard of cases of fake hardware with computer empire.

Trolling at its best.

For one, you can expect all ram, memory cards etc at such places to be fake for sure. There is a good chance that some gpus and many sound cards, LAN cards etc are fake as well.

Trolling again.

Let me tell you guys i am a regular customer of SMC and CE both. These both have advantages and disadvantages if its own.

If you are going at SMC for the first time and have no idea about market prices, be ready to shell out at least 10-20% more as compared to other stores.

Computer Empire, you send any guy there any time...they have same price for everyone. No matter you are a 10 year old customer or visiting their shop for the first time.

CE has the most awesome prices. I don't think any shop can beat it anywhere in India.
