Convert FLAC to MP3

Hey

I have my entire collection saved as high quality flacs ripped from cds. Used them to listen through my MX5021, but now, I've just got myself a Cowon D2, and due to lack of space, I need to convert them to 320kbps MP3. What's the best (and quickest) way I can convert a large no. of flacs to mp3?
 
If you use foobar as your music player , it does a pretty decent job of conversions from flac to mp3. Just add all the songs you want converted to the playlist, right click on selected songs and hit convert.
 
+1 for foobar , you can use "send to device" plugin and encode the flacs to mp3 on the fly while transferring your playlists to your cowon.
 
get a few 4gb sdcards and transfer the flacs to it. you can just keep deleting and adding songs on to the cards when required.

imo flacs sound superb on the cowon d2 than even 320kbps mp3's.
