Bro, 2400 g is apu, so why waste a GFX card on that sys. Look for ryzen 5 2600 in 2nd hand u can get in 10k. Also rumours about ryzen 5 3500/3500x will be available at 10-12k range.
Also , Mobo, prefer asrock b450 M pro4 (matx) over gigabyte.

If you are going for 1600, I suggest you look for 2nd one, you can save cash . If you can pay 10k, then you can snag a 2600 with warranty from forums.

Second this, post it in the 'I want to buy' thread if you are ok with buying second hand stuff from the members.
I think if you can snag a 1600 with the heatsink for 3-5k, it will really be a good deal .
