Storage Solutions Data Recovery, bad sectors

Hi,

I need suggestion on recovering data from

1 TB Segate 2.5 and
1 TB Western Digital My Passport drive,

Both get detected but freeze the computer and trying to run diagnostic tools it reports as there are bad sectors, need to know if there are places in Mumbai where I can recover data from it and the approximate cost involved

I'd like to assist you, for WD My Passport if it's under warranty, you may refer to the link below:

If you will opt to go to WD Partner for data recovery, this will not void the warranty. But if you will take to other service providers then you may void the warranty on the drive.
