Does anyone here have PPOBox/Hopshopgo "Professional" account? Need help importing multiple items.

Hi guys
I want to buy three items from Ebay.com through PPObox/HopShopGo
the default Normal account doesn't allow package consolidation and as such the shipping cost multiplies for each item.
However The Professional/Corporate Account allows Package consolidation and shipping all items for the price of a single package.

I want to import a Phone (<190$) and a case (8$) and an Xtremeguard screenguard (2-3$)
if the package is consolidated the total price comes down to about 13k, but much higher if not.

I can help PM me. I have a premium account and package consolidation is allowed. Every additional 0.5kg package is charged at 4$ after the intital 25$
