I am looking for a smartphone with dual sim (GSM + CDMA) upto 20k.
Looking for known brands like LG, HTC, etc. but can consider others as well.

Your best bet right now will be Moto G which will probably be launched this month.
Else you can import US phones from ebay. Verizon/Sprint/AT&T. (USED)
Try MTS, Reliance handset pages too, but most models there are not good.

It will but moto g is a gsm+gsm device. There are very few gsm+CDMA mobiles from known brands. The desire xc is a decent choice
