Yeah we should keep this tread alive but as my heath condition was not
well off late, I was out of TE for quite a long time. I want to
inform All my TEMembers/ friends through this thread that, as I have suffered from a
Severe BP Stroke on last 16th July, 2012. Though I got my life back
after months of Life Support inside GNRC[Guwahati Neurological
Research Center] ICU, my left hand was partiallydisabled! After
Lots of NaturoTherapies and Physiotherapies, I got improved 80%.
Recently my condition went to a very critical stage called Post-
Stroke-Epilaptic-which may occure to patatients with accidental head
injuries too! and I was experiencing some kinds of Seizure too! but
the good news is hat,-I am quite stable now after emergency medical
care taken by my Neurologist along with my uncle[Father's younger
brother] who is a medicine Proffessor on a medical college and my last
CT-Scan Result showed significant improvement! Let's come back to the
main stream
One fine morning I got a call from , ITBP[Indo-Tibetan Border Police]
office as I was in AMC[Annual Maintenance Contract] as follows
:"sirey, jaldi se office aa jana.... hamari account brance aur Polnet
office ki computer me kuch akshar-ukshar nahi aa rahi hai...."[sir
please come soon to fix our computers in Polnet office[wireless
communication office] and account branch, Nothing is being displayed]
So, taking account of their urgency I reach there as early as I could
and found that, both of the computer's Monitors were switched off!
Lol! most of them do it like a 'TV set switching off'

So our group was working on Android app development training. At one step, the instructor asked to click the "Browse" button in order to select the project. The guy beside me asks "We are not connected to wifi, then how can we browse ?".
Imagine that this guy is in IT branch in 4th year.

The most idiotic thing that I see any noob IT 'engineer' doing is right click on the desktop and click refresh, and do this like 3 -4 times.

Nothing beats what my classmate tried to do.
While i browsed the wallpaper folder, trying to select a nice one to change the current.. This fellow comes with full confidence, selects a thumbnail, and then drags and drops it onto the desktop area. (CS Engg, 1st year, and he had a comp at his place.)
