PC Peripherals Ergonomic mouse for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Hi Guys,
Have been facing quite a bit of pain in my wrist for the last couple of weeks which seems to increase with sustained mouse usage and it looks like I might have contracted CTS.

So I am looking for an ergonomic mouse.I looked at the Logitech 570 trackball mouse but all trackball mice require me to keep my palm flat on the surface and that is one thing I need to avoid.

Is there anybody who has used the Anker 2.4G or any other good vertical mice?

Nope this is for office use.Don't have anyone returning recently and thereby will have to go for local options.
14.5k is too much for a mouse for me.:(:(

I was looking at the Anker 2.4G which is a 20$ mouse but 3k on amazon.Wanted to know if anybody had personal experience.
