Budget 51-70k Everyday use (non gaming) & Learning Video editing+rendering

Location: Bangalore
Quotation from Aashirwad on SP Rd.

Based on what I have read and seen aiming to OC to about 3.9 - 4.0 GHz for use during final video edit rendering. Rest is just browsing videos and the very occasional COD/AOE

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 1700 (20700)
Motherboard : ASUS B350F-STRIX GAMING BOARD (8900)
Memory : Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-3000 Memory (9250)
Video Card : Zotac - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC Edition (around 10000)
Power Supply : Corsair - CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular (around 6000)

Based on what I have read the above seems like a pretty standard set for the R7 1700 rig, unless I have missed something...

Help needed:
SSD: for running the OS (win/lin multiboot) only, assuming 128GB is enough? What is a good stable SSD to go for?

CPU cooler: am trying to get a retailer for Noctua (have posted separate thread) but any other options for AM4. Not looking at water-cooling/aio type solutions but need to have enough to allow stable OC

CPU cabinet: am trying to get a retailer for Phanteks but any other options for ATX mid tower in the 5k-6k range. Want to put at least two fans preferably both 140mm one on top and one at the back. Only one Optical Drive slot needed (haven't used it in ages so not sure if its really needed). Front audio and usb connectors needed.

Also upgrading after about 4 years with a dell inspiron so a little dusty on all things. Don't yet know what an M2 slot is for e.g. but its on the list of things to read up :)

Thanks in advance

More confusion:
- The ASUS B350F-STRIX GAMING BOARD comes with integrated graphics, so does a separate GTX 1050 Ti gpu provide any benefit for video editing/rendering/viewing (assuming absolutely no gaming)?
- The M2 slot as per theory can go over either SATA or PCIEx, the board specs say SATA or M2 over PCIE 3.0 x 4 modes. The spec sheet says M2 slot shares b/w with SATA 5&6 but what about PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode? Will this share b/w from the PCIEx ports? Also does it mean that when a gpu is installed then M2 cannot use PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode.

Board specs: https://www.asus.com/in/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B350-F-GAMING/specifications/
The SSD I am planning to pick up: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/force-series-mp500-120gb-m-2-ssd

I am not even sure if I am understanding all this right.... any help or pointers will be appreciated. Thanks.
