I would go for the B350 as the A320 is the most basic kit for AM4. BTW you were getting the B350@6k right? If a new A320 is 4.4k odd how come its 31k (B350)vs 26k(A320). Did you decide to go for a new mobo?
If so then I can see that B450 is available at 1k lesser than the Gaming 3 which uses older gen chipset although the Gaming 3 a starter premium mobo.

Yes, 31K if i purchase a New B350 which will cost me INR 8400. (A320 Costs INR 4376).

I dont know why im not much inclined towards going for a used one but anyway i will go for either B350 and hopefully if things work out B450.

Instead of spending 8.4K on B350, spend 7K on B450 based mobo as linked above.

Also can you buy better PSU ? VS series from Corsair is near crap.

I have a Asus Crosshair VI Hero paired with a Ryzen 1700 and based on that experience i would suggest you go for Gigabyte instead of Asus.
The software support of Asus in terms of BIOS/drivers etc. is pretty lethargic compared to Gigabyte.

Since 4 GB is a bit low plan to add another 4 GB stick of the same model sometime in the future.
If this is your primary machine then go for the WD Blue 1TB. If this is not your primary rig I would suggest getting an M.2 SSD as your OS drive which is nearly the same price.

I am suggesting this as you can add mechanical drives to the PC pretty easily later on but its a bit problematic to switch the existing OS drive from a HDD to a SSD later on without a full reinstall.

I have mentioned Ram 4gb x 2. Total 8 GB.

Finally going tomorrow to buy the components.

Always install the M.2 on the motherboard before installing anything else. The tiny screw for the M.2 is a cast iron b**ch.
Since you have decided to go for the SSD+HDD combo just a tiny suggestion. Go for the Samsung 860 Evo which is a far better SSD than the WD ones for a Rs 800 premium over the WD SSD.
https://mdcomputers.in/samsung-860-evo-mz-n6e250bw.html

The WD one will be good as well but Samsung is the market leader in SSDs right now.

I think i need to add GPU as well since when i play CS GO in my free time, it lags a lot when someone smokes or when there are a lot of people playing.

Can anyone suggest a good GPU for the above mentioned configuration? Budget 5K-8K

Not sure if this would work. You have one option in that price range nVidia GT1030.

I would suggest saving up a bit more and go for the 1050 Ti

I was playing on HIGH settings. Got the settings from one of the best players and they say LOW settings are enough. Voila No lagging now.
