Please suggest me a good external TV tuner card for my DELL S2409W monitor... I havent recieved the monitor (its on its way :hap2

Searched throught the forums but mostly found about internal TV tuner cards so started a new thread..

and whats all this hype with hybrid TV tuner cards...???

edit: I am getting input from the "local cablewala" so no STB(Dish/tatasky) here...but anything that can take both would be an added bonus...

There is a external TV Tuner Leadtek Winfast TVPro 1920 , which is supposed to be good for S2409W. It is available for Rs 3900+shipping on other forum. Also it is available from Amarbir/Lynx.

the thing is I dont want to switch ON my computer to watch TV...

BTW i aslo wanted to know whether I can watch TV as well as work on my PC simultaneously wit an external TV tuner
