On the inside of the mall, on ground floor you can find atleast 8-10 shops carrying non-branded casual wear for Men, Women (mostly western wear) & kids. Few shops carry formal wear too. All these are chinese imports, but turned out to be good, per my experience.
Also, in Ahmedabad at many places a store called "Stockyard London" has opened up which sell Reebok/adidas/nike shoes for 1499 along with other very low quality clothing. Please don't go there, they are not rejected exports but are fake. I bought the same fake adidas pair from relief road for Rs. 800.
