Hi!
I need a windows laptop mainly for work around 25k max.
It should have moderate battery life, portability and should be able to support average internet usage well.
Since this is my first laptop, the after sales service and warranty also matter much.
Two laptops I have shortlisted-
1. Dell inspiron 11 3162

I am not able to decide between these two because the hp one has a lot of complaints about defective product and also I have been recommended that dell laptops are more durable and have better after sales service. Is this true?
Please suggest which one from these should I buy or any other good option.
