Gainer Without any Side Effects

Strictly no to gainer. Rather have a thick whey shake with peanut butter, dry fruits and milk.

Gainer is full of bad carbs and sugar.

Gainer is waste of money, Whey is the way to go.
To make a calorie surplus you can make ur own shakes with ingredients like banana, mango, milk, peanut, oats etc.
season is for mango shake, you can also mix unflavoured whey with these mango banana or peanut oats shakes, Be creative..
Do regular cardio while on calorie surplus diet or else you may gain fat more than muscles.
if you're a beginner you can ask for more advice, just PM me.
Have a nice day!

I hope I am not too late in advising this but never-ever go for weight gainers because not only they are ineffective in the long-term, they also harm the body badly, especially the kidneys. A lot of people have used weight gainers like Endura Mass upon rigorous advertisements and they got no benefits at all. These and many of those advised by the gym professionals are not too healthy for the body. You may get a good-looking body initially but the repercussions are severe and you would face troubles later in the life.
Instead, try natural weight-gaining products. Go for bananas, yogurts, peaches, plums, banana shakes, gram, moong, soybeans, peanuts, peanut butter, flaxseeds, chia seeds, eggs, and other such products that help you increase your weight naturally, Products such as Protinex could also be used to fulfill the daily requirement of proteins in the body. These products do not help you at once. Maybe it would take more than a year to help you. However, these are still better than unnatural proteins and weight gainers that harm the body.

But what for someone with a bad digestion system and want to gain weight?
Wont such shakes and wheys make matters worse?

Regardless of we're trying to loose or gain weight, healthy digestive system should be on top priority, better to consult a physician or nutritionist.
definitely whey s and shakes should be avoided. some thing light should be consumed and protein from natural sources should always be the preferred choice for everyone.
can try some lactose free whey with good PDCAAS to maintain healthy muscles.
but surely digestion should be fixed first, food must be converted into energy to gain weight as we need extra calories.

I have also read and heard that absorption of protein depends from person to person where one person is able to absorb sufficient protein in no time and flex muscles while some are very poor and struggle years down and when stopped, instantly lose the hard gained mass!

yes, it depends on person to person, also on your physique and amount of daily activity and exercise level.
when someone gained good muscles and mass over years in a natural way (without steroids and all that....) it's easy to maintain while reducing protein intake,
though there's slight drop in over all strength but you won't loose it all unless you stop doing workouts.

LOL.
Weight gainers are utter crap. Mostly they are around 20-30% proteins and rest is all carbs.
Why would you drink that crap when the typical mix of food that we eat daily has a similar profile?

Protein drinks (like Whey, Casein, Soy etc) have their own place though because they offer concentrated source of proteins. However when you see large picture even these are practically useless.

What is the larger picture? Well the larger picture is that you cannot change your genes. No matter how much protein your sister takes she will never get as strong as you (brother) or as muscular. Your body is genetically set to carry a certain amount as muscle mass, and will divert the protein in your diet to building/repairing those muscles around the set point. Any excess protein is simply converted into sugars.

Training cannot change this set point, and this set point is different for each individual.
