Pretty bad with systems so could you guys please suggest me the cheapest configuration for a gaming desktop from CTC lane, Hyderabad. Please note that i have a AMD radeon RX 480 Graphic card already. So is it actually possible to get the remaining set up in less than 30k and if not please let me know how much will the complete set up cost.

If you want Gaming Backlit Keyboard Combo then go with Cooler Master Devastator Gaming Bundle.

Microsoft or Logitech combos are all EOL products, so dont go with them.
