Thinking that I might switch to this processor. Has higher clock speed which helps for 'my' usage. What would be a good MB around 10K for this CPU? Need 2 m.2 slots. Ok even if one is NVMe and one is SATA.

Zigabyte Z390 UD should fit perfect, costs about 12.5k.
Yes, it's higher than your budget. The next option is MSI Z390A Pro, costs almost the same but not as good.

Give you two more options, but there ain't much reviews about these two boards, so you do your research and finalize.
Asrock B365 Pro4
Asrock B365 Phantom Gaming 4

You can check previous generation boards as well, but they will likely need BIOS update.
B360 and H370 chipset boards.

What about the Gigabyte z390 Aurus Elite. 18K but great reviews?
UD can handle upto 9900K all core OC @ 5ghz. You are neither getting 9900K nor gonna go crazy with OC (I hope), so no point in spending more unless you're looking at some feature that you're not getting in UD.
