PC Peripherals Gaming mouse within 2k

Hi everybody,

Please suggest the best gaming mouse upto 2k. I will use it for mostly playing Fps shooters and Rpgs. It would be nice if it comes with customisable lighting option. And please suggest only a big size mouse and not the small ones.

Spend a little extra and go for Razer DeathAdder (3500dpi Razer Precision 3.5G infrared sensor). It's ergonomic right-handed design provides extreme comfort in FPS games. The mouse is a bit larger compared to other conventional mouse and a hump in the middle which may irritate starters but you'll get used to it soon. Since you urge for a big mouse, this is perfect for you. It comes with excellent customization software and customizable lighting options as well. It too has good weight for extra stability. Feels remarkable when combined with Razer Goliathus. My elder brother has this mouse

Be careful about the razer DA built quality many guys here had to throw away the mouse due to left click problem,i would suggest you to give a look at Logitech G400-1.7k solid bulit quality with 3 year warranty,it's very good mouse.

Thanks a lot. I think i will go with this.

Can anyone tell me what would be the major difference b/w infrared and laser sensor.

Logitech G400 ~1700/- http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2011/09/28/logitech-g400-review/1 / http://www.overclock.net/t/1054231/my-logitech-g400-review, is the best option you have in this price range.

If you think custom lighting is necessary and are willing to compromise a little on the overall mouse size, look at the Logitech G300 ~1300/- http://www.techenclave.com/topic/510105-logitech-g300-review/ / http://www.everythingusb.com/logitech-g300-gaming-mouse-21354.html.

The Razer DeathAdder ~2200/- http://www.gamemunition.com/reviews/gaming-mice/razer-deathadder-review/ / http://www.ctrlaltkill.org/2011/09/05/review-razer-deathadder/ is a good mouse, but has build quality issues that is why I would not recommend it outright.

Other options you can look at are --

Cooler Master Spawn ~2100/-

Steelseries Ikari [Optical] ~2100/-

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

Don't look anywhere else, just get that. Extra buttons, amazing build quality, Logitech's 3 year warranty and on-the-fly DPI adjustment make this mouse unbeatable at it's price range. I have had it's older brother MX518 with me for over two and a half years. I think I can use this for another two and a half years, unless I go crazy and throw it out of the window.

Add a little more to the money you have left over and get a good quality mousepad and you should be set.

Cheers.

Made my mind for g400.

Thanks to all of you.

Anothe question, which pad would you peple recommend

Razer golaithus- speed or control version.

That depends on you dude. I feel I would prefer the control edition because I usually play with a very high sensitivity and control edition would allow me to have the precision I need. But don't take my word on this, google and get what's best for you.

Very strongly +1 for the Logitech G series.. I dont think you're gonna find better mice than them. no matter how big your budget for mice is.. At any given price level and budget, logitech makes the best mice I have ever come across.

in your budget, the G400 will be perfect.. if you wanna extend your budget and overwhelm yourself, go for the G500.. its the best gaming mouse on the market. (my personal opinion and choice, please dont start trolling if anyone here doesnt agree) with a very good premium feel fabric covered cable.

The Logitech G400 and G500 are also the most comfortable mice in the market for extended periods of usage.

Well, thanks to all of you

will order G400 and Razer golaithus speed in few days

If you have not ordered the mouse mat yet Sire, I recommend you try to get a Cooler Master Tactical DC --> http://www.flipkart.com/cmstorm-cs-m-fps-tactics-dc/p/itmczz3zqfkn7agf?pid=ACCCZZ3N75864KNB&_l=bKVH95tt4jySD_YRAcxNRQ--&_r=hyJloPqfN3axggrLy1ioZg--&ref=8d6bdd9c-6350-4a5a-84ae-128a452bb0f9*.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

*It is out of stock at flipkart, try to get it in the local market, I just received a review sample and this mat is really slick.
