Is the corsair 650 watts enough to power this rig ?
 
650W is more than enough power up the components. Having the same config and I am using HX650. Its been running fine for last 5 years.
 
If you want to look at water cooling - Kraken x61 is the one to pick. There are many air coolers from CM to Noctua which are good.
