OK,may be I have to spend 2K more for PSU.
17K will be enough for those four things ?
BTW,do u think price of GTX 960 4GB will be near 12K at launch ?
May be 4-6 months later from now.
One more thing.
Is there any possibility of dramatic change in CPU world in next 6 months ?
I mean launch of better and more powerful CPU but at affordable price.
Or huge price cut for above PC components ?

I do not see GTX 960 launching near 12k at launch. It would be near 18-20k according to me.

Also affordable pricing is not on cards in CPU world at the moment. Intel is having negligible competition from AMD in performance segment with Intel launching new CPUs with mere 10-15% performance improvement at nearly same price of earlier gen.

Within 17K, you might not get PSU. Following is what I suggest minimum for mentioned requirements;

Intel i3 4150 ~8000
Asus B85M G ~5600
Kingston HyperX Blue 4GB DDR3 1600MHz ~2750
Seasonic S12II 430 ~4000
GTX 750Ti 2GB DDR5 ~12500

Thank u sir for ur recommendation!
Will 4GB be enough for today's games ?
Heard COD AW need min 6GB RAM to run.
Also people saying Multi core CPU is better for future PC games.
So,AMD CPU will have any edge over Intel i3 2 core CPU ?
I'm afraid of one thing about AMD CPU that the heating issue without any after market cooler.
Spending extra 3K on a cooler for AMD CPU no brainier because with that money I will get better Intel counterpart.
Is that really true ?
Please explain!
I will not OC.
