well if you want to try amd then the setup i gave you is good, and yes going for seasonic PSU's is always a better idea, you should go for 20" monitor due to a bit weak GPU it wont be able to perform well in 22" monitor. yes the rig i and thegeatkeeper suggested you will be in your budget, in my previous post i told you where to buy those items online.

Go with amd config as mentioned vfm but instead of FX4100 go for phenom x4 965be - 6.6k with 880gm usb- 4.8k and seasonic s12 520- 3.5k it can handle upto 6850 dude!! BD proccy is not that good phenom beats it..best config for your budget

Cpu-Phenom x4 955be-6k
Mobo-880gm USB3-4.8k
Ram-Gskill ripjaws x 2X2gb 1600mhz-1.8k
psu-Seasonic s12ii 520w-3.5k
Gpu-sapphire hd6770-6.5k
Hdd-250gb segate 7200 rpm-3.5k
(as of now get this let price comes down or incase you got hdd then hold on to it till the price gets normal)
Monitor-Dell IN2030M-5.8k
Case-NZXT gamma-2.2k
keyboard & mouse-Logitech mk200-0.7k
Speaker -creative a335 -1.4k
Total comes to 36k and 32.5k w/o hdd
If have hdd then you have some cash to get case fans and better gfx ;)

Go with the intel rig if you are going to run it 24X7 for downloading and applications,if you are going to overclock and all then go with the amd phenom x4 955+880gm mobo, get gskill ripjaws X 1600MHZ 2x2GB it will be enough for you,For monitor go with dell st2220-8.5k if you can stretch your budget, here is acomparison between cpu-http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/88?vs=289

1) Are you lookng to OC.
2)Are you going to CF or SLI in future.
By considering the above two things i suggested you config as below:
CPU-AMD phenom 2x4 955 - 5.8 k (It is the only VFM cpu for budget gamers and Quadcore CPU from AMD) /
Intel i3 2100 - 6.2k
MOBO-For AMD - Gigabyte GA 880GM USB3 - 4.6k /
For Intel - Intel DH67BL B3 - 5.5k
Boards like ASUS M5A88-M and M5A97 are similar to the gigabyte one but has an extra PCIE slot and the later has new 970 chipset so it is not worth upgrading to these board unless you are loooking to CF or SLI.
Monitor-BenQ G2220HD(LCD)(consider it if you want to save 1k over LED model)- 7 k
Dell ST2220L(LED) - 8.6 k
cabinet-NZXT Gamma - 2.2 k
PSU - Seasonic s12II 520w (Good for future upgrades) - 3.5 k
GFX - MSI Cyclone PE HD6850. - 9.5k
RAM -Corsair 4GB 1600 MHZ - 1.5k
LG DVD writer - 950/-
Keyboard+Mosue logitech combo for 0.6k

The above config without HDD,I hope that you have HDD, costs 35.5k

If you dont have HDD then change GFX to HD6770 and buy a HDD .
Then you can get you PC for 36K finally.

5> while suggesting plez tell me why you telling to buy one brand over other brand ( so that i can understand how its better )
plez replz

first thing is that OC cannot be done on stock cooler ,you have to get HYPER EVO cooler or similar.
If you are only looking to get your hands on OC and just want to learn OC then drop M5A88-V EVO and get get Gigabyte 880-GM-USB3 which wouold help you to OC to 4 GHZ or less on Cooler like Hyper EVO(costs 2k).
Because M5A88-v EVO is for better OC potential which might be useful for phenom to push furthur but i dont think that anyone would be running a phenom OC to 4.3 or above speed.
So as you are new to OC you better get board like Gigabyte 880GM USB3 and just learn how to OC .
For now get the CM LED fan. Note:get the 90 CFM model which costs 450/-

1)You can learn OC easily by posting threads in TE and thats what TE is for.
3)If you are having frequent power cuts then get UPS like APC 1.1KVA or just turn off your PC when there is power cut :p (I hope the power cuts are scheduled and are fixed but not random)
4)Yes you can play BF3 and MW3 at 1080P but medium ingame settings(IF gfx is HD6850 elso with 6770 game at 720P or higher)
5)Yes thats what i did when suggesting ,i hope so. :)
Also if you are getting a 22 inch screen then HD 6850 would be very good performer compared to 6770 which handle 720p very good.

And Corsair Vengance has a bit bigger hatsink than Gskill RipjawsX due to which there may be issues when installing a CPU cooler.
Apart from that both are similar

One question are you girl? :p
just asking.
have fun with rig building and have ultra fun playing games on the rig . :p

^ main list will do good with some changes since you are not a hardcore gamer no need M5A88-V EVO instead go for 880gm usb3 will do the job you can save 3k here plus go with good ups like apc and belkin surge protector for the electrical surge..
Get a nzxt gamma cabinet worth for money if you didn't like the the looks then get nzxt source 210 around 2k you get better airflow and cable management can be done..

@ Nishu and Ganesh : does gigabyte 880gm having hdmi port ... Well i like nzxt source , so i wil go for it ... But whats the difference between nzxt source and zebronics bijli ...
Yup i am girl n i hope u r guy ... Nw plez tel me the name of games
How much wil it cost for ups ?
U guys are telling me to buy 20inch led so which one should i buy ...

^ dont worry since you are getting gfx you got hdmi in the card..bijli cabinet is good for low budget but source 210 got good airflow with lot of fans provisionsand you can arrange your psu cables you see the review here
NZXT Source 210 Review - Overclockers Club

Ups - apc 600va/650va - 2k/2.9k if you go for 6770 more than enough
Monitor - Dell IN2030M or samsung B2030N both are good

For UPS you have two choices APC 750VA or APC 1.1KVA dont get any less than 750VA.
So it would be better if you get APC 1.1KVA for 4.5k which would be a safe and future proof.

And i hope that you have gone through my previous post, that might have solved max doubts i guess.
So if you are getting a 6770 then get monitor as suggested by ganesh.
If you are getting gfx like HD 6850 then get 22 inch monitor like
BenQ G2220HD-7k or(I have this monitor and is one awesome screen for the budget)
Dell ST2220L / BenQ G2222HDL -8.6 k

And yes I am a guy. :)

@ nishu and ganesh : yup you guys have cleared all my doubts ... But there are some new now ,.
Is iball mouse keyboard better then logitech
is iball tarang sound better then creative a55
plez reply so that i cn tel u about my final list ...

1)Ya it will be K if it costs 0.6k for combo KB and Mouse, also depends on you for design, looks etc.
2)I am not so good at audio department :p .

Post your final config here without speakers included.
And post some pics in Showoff thread, would like to see you rig.
:)

Also is seasonic s12 520watt enough for me as i will adding four more 90 cfm fans in future ... Also its powering my ati 6770 graphic card

^ afaik i don't think 750va is widely available either settle down to 650va or 1.1kv...regarding speaker its creative sbs a335-1.4k a good one under this price tag :) everything else is fine go for it..

First tell what genre of games do you like ?? Eg: Racing, FPS, Adventure, etc
Then we'll suggest.
