Intel i5 3570K-17k
Asus P8Z77V-LX-11.5k OR Asus P8Z77-M PRO-13k
Corsair XMS3 2X4GB 1600mhz-3.5k OR Gskill RipjawsX 2X4GB 1600mhz-3.5k

Logitech MK200 K/M Combo-0.7k
OP your rig total going to 56k without monitor which is Dell ST2220-8.5k so if you can't stretch the budget to 60-65K then you'll have to sacrifice the gpu to 7-8k or You'd have to settle for 2nd gen Sandy bridge processor+mobo it's your call.
Hope this helps.:)

Op even if you're on a strict budget,
Choose quality over quantity.

Microtech 800VA-3.5k:)

The price of Microtek 800VA Dual battery is Rs.2750 only in the market nowadays.

What's the point in suggesting non K processor with Z77 mobo?,Also why suggest 20" monitor with HD7850 it doesn't make sense,There's quality compromise there.

Intel Core i5 3570k ~16500/- Or
Intel Core i5 3550 ~12900/-
Asus p8z77V-LE ~10750/-
Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2Gb DDR5 ~14800/-
Dell IN2030M ~6200/

Thanks Jacob and Mac.rock7 for your suggestions.

If I increase my budget from 50k or 70k, will that really make a big difference from entertainment point of view(i,e., the level of experience I can have)?
If yes, can you please suggest me the config for the 70k machine?(I think I can stretch my budget till 70k)

is single 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 preferable to 2x4GB setup as suggested by OP???

what about SSD?

Nada, I will recommend a 4GB x2 kit because it offers redundancy in case one of the RAM modules decides to take a hike; the most important advantage is the dual-channel bandwidth on offer and this will be more useful and perceivable on a day-to-day basis.

Stuffing an SSD into OP's limited budget is not possible. Atleast I would not recommend going for a baseline 60GB SSD; better if he waits and adds a higher capacity SSD later.

Thanks ALPHA17 for that important tip on the RAM.

Is it ok to get either cpu or gpu from US? Because one of my friend is travelling next month and he will back in two weeks time.

Hello, If you can get the CPU, GPU and Mobo from US , i suggest you to buy it from there. I am planning to build pc with same config except i am not hardcore gamer so i decided on XFX 7770, i plan to buy CPU + GPU + Mobo(p8z77-v) from Singapore (cost is 34k INR). I am quite sure cost for your config will come down if u buy some parts from US

Thank to inform us to forgetting about cooler.

@rajeshpujar,

You have to go with SVGTECH HOC 20 and for the current price ask nikolain about this because he is the owner of SVGTECH HOC.
Or
CM 212 EVO ~ 2200/-
I suggest you go with HOC 20 at least coz the Ivy Bridge are hot chips, it cost Rs.5000 shipped anywhere in India, .

Is it a good buy? or it will be good if I purchase the whole rig at once?

You can buy it if you will get the price down to the ~14500/- mark.

I have no experience with E-Bay purchases, so wait for others to pitch in their views about the dealer and if you can get better offers.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!!
