SMC Intl' Delhi might have it in stock (Though its not listed in his thread. )
http://www.techenclave.com/smc-internl/all-msi-graphic-cards-stock-smc-188491.html

But if online is not an option then you would have to go on a search mission to Vedant etc..

Yes OCZ Vertex is an SSD. But in case you decide to buy an SSD then wait for the SSD's with latest Sandfore SF-2xxx controllers to hit Indian shores. I would recommend Corsair Force drives.

@DA
8gb is really not required for gaming but as he can afford it thats why i suggested 8 Gb kit.

@Op
if you dont want 8gb ram then buy 4gb kit... And invest the the money which will get saved in a 1TB HDD or a better mouse if u really need one.. And yeah ocz vertex ii is an ssd...

Suggest a gaming mice under 3k

--- Updated Post - Automerged ---

Added monitor samsung px2370 and increased budget to 80k max.

Gaming mouse depends upon the kind of grip you have. If you have a palm grip, Razer DeathAdder at 2k would be a good choice. For a claw grip, SteelSeries Kinzu would be good.

^^ +1 to that, I would suggest the OP check a few out and get a feel of the mouse before purchasing one.

For a claw grip you might want to add in the salmosa too id est if the OP is comfortable with them.

I have decided this Rig:

Intel i5-2500K (12k),

GA-P67A-UD4-B3 (13k),

SAMSUNG PX2370 (15k),

Corsair HX 650 (6.5k),

CORSAIR DOMINATOR CL8 2x2GB KIT (6.2k),

MSI GTX 570 (18.5k),

Corsair H60 Cpu cooler when it launched in India (around 4.2k).

Total: 75.4k

Want to add a Gaming mice. How about CM INFERNO?
Do you have any suggestion then please comment.

For gaming, no point, i repeat, NO POINT spending extravagantly on RAM. Grab the 2*2GB DDR3 1333 C9 Corsair Kit, I think it can be had under 2.5k(comes with 10 year warranty). There is no benefit of 8GB RAM, or 1600-2000Mhz DDR3 or C7 speeds except maybe if you are using the HIGHEST POSSIBLE CONFIG(maybe a 980x + GTX590/HD6990)

I dont mean to question your motives, but yes afaik this happened a few months ago http://www.techenclave.com/pc-buying-advice/suggest-a-rig-within-50k-max-186086.html

Continuing on the same thread would have made sense, atleast whats the point of posting a new thread every few weeks ? You want to get updated with what's happening at the moment, look at other threads/do it the google way, I'm sorry to say what you are doing is not very ethical :S I hope you get the point I'm trying to make, don't get me wrong.
