Monitors Gaming Rig under 40k excluding Monitor

I've 40k for CPU cabinet the whole box and 13k worth I'm buying LCD monitor Benq 21.5" Full HD 1920 X 1080
So plz build my Cabinet Box within 40k
Any company products will do
I"ll use Vista Ultimate 64 bit
I'll buy it from Nehru Place, Delhi, India, its Asia's largest Computer Market
HDD- 500GB wil do
Casing must be Cooling effficient , I can compromise on looks a bit
Any DVD writer
GPU must be top-end coz I'll play games like Unreal Tournament, Crysis:War Head, Farcry, FEAR, Assassins Creed, supreme commander, call of duty 4, world in conflict, etc
 
AMD Phenom II X3 720 7.7k

Biostar 790GX 5.5k (Dont know exact model, price)

Transcend 2x2GB 800MHz 2.2k

Zotac GTX 260 Core 216 11.5k

Seagate 7200.12 500GB 3k

L.G. 22x SATA DVD ReWriter 1.1k

CoolerMaster 590 ATX Case 3.8k

Corsair TX650W 7k

Total 41k~

which LCD Full HD greater than 21" is better

1.Samsung 2233SW

2.BenQ E2200HD

3.Dell S2209W

or any other I just knw these two

+1 for the above config.

I guess Crosair VX550 is enough ---> 5.5k i guess.
Biostar TA790GX A2+ --->5.2k
 
1.wat about cooling solution, wat else i need to purchase extra like fan or thermal compound or CPU or GPU coolers, etc
2.also tel me the model no. of seagate Hard drive
3.i wnt funky gaming look cabinet under 3.5k, but dont compromise on cooling and space and build quality

1)Pick up a good aftermarket CPU cooler. The Sunbeamtech Core Contact Freezer 120mm is a good choice...
2)Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB Single Platter
3)If available, pick up an NZXT Apollo for ~3k or so. (Stay away from the alpha and other low end ones in the classic series, bad build quality)
 
^AFAIK only nzxt alpha comes @3-3.5k range.

Apollo black is @4k and hard to find too :p

You wont be needing a Gpu cooler, the stock cooler for Gtx 260 is more than enough. For cpu, get the vendetta 2 + Arctic cooling mx-2 compound.

u can get a CM RP 500w @5.5k instead of TX650

I feel this would be the best conf.

CPU = Intel Q9550 = Rs 14800

Motherboard = Asus p5KPL = Rs 3000

RAM = 2 GB 800 MHz = Rs 1200

HDD = 500 GB Seagate = Rs 3300

Cabinet = Cooler Master 600W = Rs 3500

GPU (Graphic card) = ATI Radeon HD 4670 = Rs 6000 (approx)

Hello, Can you guyz tell me from where can i get Corsair VX550 at 5.5k from Lammington? I have inquired at prime and few other shops but it is not available :S
