I meant "how much"? If you get an FX 8350 that has stock frequency of 4 GHz, will 4.5 GHz be your target? Actually, the whole choice of motherboard is dependent on this question. Cheaper boards can be used to perform a <=500 MHz overclock but beyond that, you need much better boards.

I don't need dvd drive and can you suggest a case less than 3 k so I can send the extra money and add little more and get a 760

Cheaper cabinets won't accommodate long cards like 6660, 280x or 760, though Bit fenix Merc Alpha and Lancool C-K57 are two options with Merc being better. try to find them on Snapdeal
