OP are you open to buying from amazonglobal, You can get an rx480 for 15K, that's equal to a 980, two rx480's will rival a GTX 1080 for 30K.

You can also get custom liquid cooling parts in that budget from aliexpress.com, along with other mods like sleeves cables

UPDATE- Op, EVGA 1070 is selling on Amazon for 30K, EVGA offers 3 year international warranty against overclocking, liquid cooling & will even replace if you spill vodka, EVGA sells more gpus then MSI, Asus and Zotac combined so you should be fine

I saw this in other thread but i think my friend wont go for that as he want warranty.

EVGA 1070 have some heating issus and catching fire ... ?

Still it's way out of his budget as he was at 60k and i eat his head for getting him to 80k !

80k is max for him [emoji20]

Thank you for the suggestion but Rx480 8gb is fixed. Just brand remains.

And is i5 6600k worth leaving a 6 core - 12 thread ryzen ? He is into video edition after all !

EVGA 1070 is 30K at Amazon.in, you will get warranty, Can't compare with the RX480 indian pricing.

Amazon global offers 30 day warranty, if your friend is willing to take a risk, for 30K 2 Rx480's are a bargain they rival a 1080/ titan x

EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0 8GB GDDR5 RGB LED 10CM FAN 10 Power Phases Double BIOS DX12 OSD Support PXOC Graphics Card 08G-P4-6276-KR https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01KVZBNY0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_nWn5ybDXSJ8HR

You don't pay anything extra above this &a heating issues are long solved, these cards are flawless now.

Also personally I won't step below 1070 on a 80K budget, 30K card seems fine for that budget.
