Get Yahoo! Mail 1 GB For Free !

Here are some outlins to help you get 1 GB Yahoo email account for free. Just found on other site and thought I woul share them with you !

1 GB YAHOO ACCOUNT

Here's how:

1. Create a Yahoo ID. You can create one here:
copy paste this link on ur address bar

2. UNCHECK the 'Create my free Yahoo! email
address'. Give an alternate non-yahoo email address.

3. Complete the procedures, then logout after.

4. Activate your chinesa-domained email adress by going to http://cn.mail.yahoo.com ( THE PAGES WILL BE IN CHINESE FONT )

5. Fill in your newly created Yahoo ID and password and click the button below.

6. Type anything on the two text boxes that appears. I don't know what the labels say either.

7. You will have initially 100 MB of email space.

8. Logout.

9. Login to Yahoo Messenger ( YM ), using your newly created Yahoo ID.
if you don't have YM installed, donwload it here:
http://messenger.yahoo.com

10. Add at least a contact/friend. If you don't have anyone to add, add this ID: chowyeuw

11. Logout.

12. Go to http://cn.mail.yahoo.com

13. Click the *glowing* 1G icon.

14. A new page will be opened on a new browser window.

15. Fill in your newly created Yahoo ID and password on the the 2 text boxes below. Then click the yellow button under.[ I think it says Sign-in]

16. Just click the 2 big yellow buttons that appear succesively.

17. Now you have 0% of 1.0GB
Your default language will be English, with free POP3.

oh well... had posted this in diwali(some 3 months back). yes it does give you 1gB only i am sure you will never use it cos you don't get pop access to go along with it.

this maybe old......for a 250MB Hotmail inbox

Increase your existing Hotmail Account Limit to 250mb
Follow the steps..!!

Steps

=======
Login ur hotmail account and go to options.
Go to "Personal"
Click "My Profile"
Change Country to "United States"
Wait for browser to load United states settings.
Change the state to "Florida" and zip code "33332"
Click "update"
Click "Continue"
Go to "Language" and make sure its "English"
Paste this link in the same browser.
http://by17fd.bay17.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/Accountclose
Wait until the Screen says you're Hotmail is Closed
and ready to be deleted.
Click "Close Account".
Go back to login page and relogin to ur hotmail
account..!!

Your account size will now increase to 25 MB which a
month later becomes 250 mb.
Good Luck..!!

You won't lose your mails and address books, believe
me..!!(I am not sure about this)

Its Tried and tested and increased my mail account
limit to 25mb at present.
