When I copy an image by means of a program similar to Win10's Snippingtool and paste it into Telegram, it usually offers to paste the photo - which is desirable; but sometimes it offers to paste ONLY a file; since the recipient then has to use an image viewer to see the image, that is less desirable. I'm asking in Help Forums because Telegram has never replied to anything I've posted. How can I make Telegram CONSISTENTLY accept the pasting of a photo ?
